Paco and I have been getting together on weekends in Pacifica CA for about a year. I wrote When We Last Made Love when I got back to San Jose and Another Lesson followed while working behind a beer bar at Good Karma. Future Sunset and Along The Way are the newest tunes while The Garden was written sometime in 2021 while I was in Portugal. The initial lyrics to Future Sunset were also written around this time.

Paco and I were able to record at my place Downtown SJ - Office Space Jams. We recorded the drums and tracking guitars right before a show on the sidewalk of Japan Town in front of an art gallery.

Joseph Demaree is an artist from San Jose CA. He has been playing under his birth name since 2012. He has released many albums (solo, acoustic, electric & accompanied). His current band “Palace of Fine Arts” have started to play out regularly in the Bay Area of CA as a duo with Paco on drums. Paco is a tattoo and graphite artists living in Pacifica CA. Palace of Fine Arts are on a compilation called California Blood Lightning, coming out Dec 13 2023.

Demaree was brought up on the DIY, Punk Rock scene of the 1990’s and continues to write, record and release most of his own material. He has toured and played in many bands and continues to enjoy working in many mediums.
